Ok first off let me state that I did not work for Rich but worked in the same office. Rich is a good man, he definitely looks out for his employees so there is no need to go about accusing him of being a racist because you were a tool. I don't know which of the King of Prussia kids you were but you were all tools from that Road Trip. Anyways, sure the job description is a little misleading but for someone who can actually perform the job well, the opportunity is there. Especially with a good owner, like Rich, in the office.

I was once part of a company that sounds similar to this. They probably have a parent company similar to mine if not the same. Cydcor was the name of my company. They use the same deceitful tactics you described to lure people in.

WOW how off is this report????
I personally worked for ASL marketing for 3 months and during my time there I enjoyed the entire time. Rich is the owner of the company and is one of the most passionate, hard working funny people I have ever met. I admire him a lot and wish to be in a position like his when I am out of school in May. He went out of his way to help me in the training program and even gave me a shirt and tie bonus when I went back to school. I also worked on some of the sport marketing campaigns on the weekends. I sold ticket packages for the New Jersey Nets to local businesses and made a ton on money doing it.
The individual who wrote the report above worked for a company out of Pennsylvania and was terrible at the job. I met him when he was on a road trip from his offices to Rich's office. He looked like Howard Stern as a child and was completely a bafoon. He was more concerned with printing out new color copies of supplies than doing his actual job. I heard he then returned home and was fired from his job due to such a poor performance and lack of dedication to the position.
The accusation that Rich DelCervo is a racist is retarded and was used for malice intent only. I was one of the numerous people with an ethnic background that worked for ASL. I was hired based on merit and credentials not my race. Rich commonly went out of his way to make his employees feel comfortable and appreciated.
Obviously the individual who wrote this needs a little more love in his life.
