yes I started with asp back in april 2009. I came in as an promotions hire. went thru orientation then printed off materials.started passing out everything .but was not getting paid anytime soon so I paid the $69.00 associate fee even though they say no fees to associates. this allowed me to work in H/R the hiring or personal dept where you call others to hire them in my orientation I was told we would be paid per hire. so I went to calling over 15 to 20 people per day this was an all day thing I continued this for this past month. but I was having troulbe with my manager getting my leads he who I found out last week was a she was not sending my leads I would request them but was not getting them I sent several emails. I was told only afew times 2 that I did not recieve your request even though I was requesting them nightly as required.well I still was not getting them so I thought well I,ll contact the person who is over the orange team tammi fossi and maybe she can nug my manager along. well because I did this I was threatened with loosing my possition I was forced to co thru the same orientation ,treated as if I were stupid and had to even reprint the same packet again.even though I already had the exact same one. I also this was just last week question after finding out from my manger that I would not be paid for the hors and weeks of work hiring over 14 new associates.there excuse after I haved worked so hard well you will not get paid if they do not attend orientation. this was never mention inorientation they do not even tell you wat the pay really is except it is commission based and weekly.well I have yet to be paid for over2 months of work.and the lady I contact blew everthing out of proportion I believe that I was a threat because I qustioned the pay after the fact. as they passed lies thru different I guess managment I was force to be under this manager who is a bully and knowone has heard my piont just letting this lady spread her lies.I was quote let go today but you cankeep the associate rate and your cell phone well there is no different than the public,I paid for the phone so it is mine and I had paid to work in the hr dept but because I qonted to work and asked someone for help at a higher chain of command I get repremanded and lied on and fired. those of you who are working for this company foe x amount of years are more than likely mangers who do make more money and you have not questioned them about your pay . zI just wonted lads so I could work and only question my pay when told I would not be compensated for all the hours and weeks spent calling and passing out flyers. I was going to show this to my pastor to share with the church for those looking for employment. but I can,t do that because there not an honest company they have changed there name and have only gotten incorporated since may or june of last year guess why they incorporated. sincerely esimons24

Wonder Why...I'll Tell You Why!!!

I started with this company back in June of 2009 and I have yet to be paid!!!

After my first week of employment I was wondering why I had not been paid, so I decided to call my interviewer to see if she could provide me with some useful information. She told me that I would need to work two weeks in advance before receiving payment. I expressed my understanding and continued to make calls.

When next week rolled around I still had not gotten paid, so I decided to call Associate services to see if my direct deposit information was received and correct. I was told that my information was received and all information was correct. I was also told that my leads needed to be qualifying leads. A qualifying lead according to ASP standards means that a submitted lead must be contacted by the sales reps and the sales reps are able to go through their entire script with the individual, It was not explained to me like this. I was told that once I submit the information and the sales rep is able to contact the individual, this qualifies as a good lead and each "good" lead is worth $3. If that lead turns into a sale then that $3 becomes $10.

Anyhow, I still did not get paid even after I had the right amount of qualifying leads and each time I contacted associate services I was told something different. I was told to contact my manager and see what information was submitted to payroll and that my manager would be the best person to contact, so I proceeded to contact her. She told me on the 7th that I would be getting paid the following week and still nothing. Finally, I was supposed to be paid today but I was contacted by my manager who told me of a mysterious computer malfunction that that is enabling ASP from paying it's employees and that checks would be mailed out. Even if I do receive payment should something like this really take all this time, trouble and confusion? in a real company business is not conducted like this.

Doesn't anyone find it strange that this company does not have a real person to answer the phone or that you can even be directed to after dealing with the automated system. The only option one has is to leave a message and receive a call back and what does ASP even stand for???

Wonder why?

Working from home is not for everyone. After looking at your posting, I can see why you didn't do well. Ever heard of spell check? Punctuation? Grammer?
It seems you lack education, which may be the biggest reason you didnt earn any income.
The job of personnel is so easy, and yes, they do cover many times during the orientation that it is not an official hire until the person has attended their first orientation. Otherwise what proof of hire would you have? Not only is the pay scale gone over in each conference, but you also receive a copy in writing. If you had paid attention to your manager, you would have discovered that the numbers the company provides to you are called ad calls and you might have learned how to request them. The company provides them to you as a benefit to help you earn a weekly paycheck.
You do not have to purchase the plan in order to work for the company. Again, another mis-understanding on your behalf. There is absolutely no cost associated in earning an income with ASP.
I think Walmart is hiring door greeters...This is a job you may be more well suited for. No typing or talking involved. I wish you luck!
