Complaint Review: ASP SWIMMING POOLS

ASP of Tallahassee makes promises that they do not keep; however, they never miss cashing your payment for the services not rendered.  Pool cleanings are supposed to be photographed each time and sent to their office as proof that they were there.  Initially they were to leave a door hanger to show the client they were there.  When door hangers stopped appearing, we were told that emails of your clean pool would be sent to our email.  This happened one time.  An inquiring phone call was answered, but the promised follow-up call never happened.  Then a phone call to inquire about purchasing additional equipment again did not have the promised follow-up return call.  Now they are not returning phone calls and no one has showed up to clean the pool for 3 weeks,but again, certainly did not have a problem cashing my check.
