Aspen Contracting Pat Nussbeck owner i was 1100 miles from home selling hail claim restorations. i sold several thousand high end jobs. i had a major operation in billings. was getting better rob tripp told me to take a couple weeks off and heal. leave of absence, said dont wory. his operations mgnr would wat h them and when they finish i would get every penny , i left did not receive but 96.00 when they owed me ten thousand, and then sent me a w-2 for 6798.00 which should have been through my direct deposit, rob would not snswer my calls 2 days after ii left , it was the biggest scam. i need to know. if i can file leins against the homes. they are just straight crooks, rob said he fired me. because i called the office to contact someo,ne on my money,im disabled and trying to take care of my wife and kids, lees summit missouri nationwide
Pat nussbeck (owner) ASPEN CONTRACTING, hail storm in billings Montana, they called me at my home in wichita Kansas ,I drove 1175 miles to work , supposed to get paid for job inspections At 75.00 each . did not get paid for any I had at least 35 , I sold thousands in projects on high end homes , I received one commission for 700.00 they claimed they paid me 6900.00 on my w-2 funny how my direct deposit reflects only the 700.00 Rob Tripp sales manager lied and said when I left I would get every dime that is owed to me, never happened,fired me and kept all commissions owed to me at least 10,000.00. They kept telling me my jobs hadn't capped out yet , I was on leave of absence due to major operation and was sent home , promised I wld be paid all, kept me waiting 6 months, and I'm already disabled and needed special accommodations that they would not provide.my family lost our house, and no Christmas, something needs to be done !

I'm interested in participating in this suit against aspen contracting and it's associates ,in trying to retain my commissions that were supposed to be paid , when everything was dire t deposit ND nothing in my bank account reflects any payment close to the commissions that were promised and owed to me , needless to say the false 1099 they s e nt me for approx 6800.00 dollars , I can defiantly show proof on my part , they need to show them deposits made ! With the hardship and interest that's incurred the money's owed is in excess of at least 20.000.00

President/CEO Patrick Nussbeck of Aspen Contracting, Inc. of Lee's Summit, MO along with his Location 284 (Aurora, CO) management team of GM Jason Navarrrete, OM Shara Navarrete, PM John McKirgan and Elizondo Roofing's Josue Elizondo have exposed themselves through their actions, up to and including perjury in a federal investigation directly related to Retaliation for contacting OSHA.
I, along with several of my disenfranchised ex-employees, have been subjected to the same theft of commisions in combined excess of $15,000.00 through threats, intimidation and force after rejecting attempts at coerced settlement resulting in unpaid commissions. A full documented record of rele to pursue this avant documentation is in my possession and readily available for review.
I am presently preparing a Response to Order To Show Cause in a civil filing before Arapahoe County District Court, if you care to pursue this matter further please indicate such by replying to this rebuttal.
