aspen credit card aspen I was sent this card I used the card was never late with payment and was sent a letter saying company was going out of business but on credit report it says i request to be closed the card came with balance which i did not understand once i got card i have been paying this card for about 3 yrs and have not been able to use it i am at a lost and don't know what to do i have no number to call or speak to anyone i dont want them posting anything on credit report if i miss payment atlanta
I was sent this card and was told about availbe balance when card arrive it had a balance transfered from some where else after a while maybe 2yrs if not longer i didnt miss payment i got a letter saying company was closing
but on my credit report it says i closed my account i have been paying this company for over 3or 4 yrs i dont know what i am pay and who am paying im afriad of what goes on my credit and don't now what to do. i don't know where the balance came from that was on card and it was one off my first cards and was new to this i dont what to do
