Aspen Dental I went in for a bottom plate, I have uppers. I was told they had to make a complete set of dentures. The cost was $500. or over. Forget now what I do remember the $500. I paid the $500 before Augusta Maine
I went in to get a bottom denture. I was told I had to get a complete set of dentures.
The cost was to be $500 to be paid beefore I could get them. I paid the money.
The fellow that was doing my impressions was very rude. I have a problem with breathing and told him so that I could not catch my breath at prolonged times. His comment was "you can breath". I have to breath through my mouth most of the time. I have COPD etc.
They made the dentures and I had multiple fittings and came home with dentures, that I have never worn. They do not fit, they are too big. I was told that I couldn't bite with the front teeth. I have tred, in many ways, to complain to company and have never got a answer back. I have since given up and am out $500. I still have the teeth in the container they came in within a ploastic bag. Is there anything I can do?

My dentures from Aspen did not fit also. I returned the dentures and they refunded a considerable amount of the money I had paid. (at least they have told me they are refunding it. I had borrowed through their Dental First financing and they have sent the money to them. I called Dental First today to request a refund and they said it would be sent within 21 days. I've argued with them regarding that length of time and am requesting money be in my account within 7 days.) Hopefully you will be able to get a refund. You need to return the dentures. I returned both the temporary and the permanent ones. Wishing you good luck.
