Complaint Review: AspenCo CBD Oil

April 30 I ordered some cbd oil /cream for my wife with bad knees hoping to provide some relief from pain.  I received my sample on May 8th. On Sun. May 16th I get an alert from my bank about a $94.96 charge from total testerone and I'm like no I did not buy anything.

So I call them and the 14 day free trial started when I ordered it and they gave it 4 days for shipping and 10 days to cancel the order that is what the girl in customer service in Atlanta told me. I told her I just got it the 8th today is just the 16th that doesn't matter I still had time to cancel the order. Also becayse I paid the additional $4.98 shipping for the cbd Oil I was going to be charged $94.96 for the cream and the oil. I thought it was a free trial. If it worked I would have thought about purchasing but because I didn't cancel during my 14 day free trial (from when I ordered ) I was being charged for both products that I just wanted to try. Also the product really wasn't worth the $4.98 I paid for the shipping. This is truly a scam and These people should not be able to get away with doing business this way. Lesson learned
