Asphalt Sealcoating Direct Brad Morris / Karl Morris Super Late Delivery for Cheap Chineese Junk Internet
Did a lot of research before buying. Asphalt Sealcoating Direct told me their stuff was made in USA. Trusted them. Delivery took forever, and when unit showed up, parts were missing and was a flimsy Chinese piece of junk. Tied to get a hold of them after buying and couldn't and service was terrible. Agreed with other post--BUYER BEWARE! You will get a good deal--thats it!!

It has come to our attention that up-set competitors are using consumer complaint web sites like RipOff Report to file false complaints against us, in an attempt to damage our reputation.
M&M Distribution (Asphalt Sealcoating Direct) has always taken legitimate complaints very seriously and assure you that it is our highest priority.

We are proud of our "A" rating with the Better Business Bureau, and were also very proud that we have ALWAYS solved our complaints before the customer called the BBB.
This particular competitor seems to be up-set with the fact that we sell equipment made in China, but we also sell equipment made in the USA and other countries. We work very hard at sourcing equipment that is affordable as well as durable. All or our products we sell have the American flag on the web page if the item is made in the USA.
And it's also very sad that a competitor has to resort to sites like RipOff Report to file false complaints.

Dear Calgary Alberta, I have researched our sales records and we have not sold any products in Calgary Alberta. But I'm sorry to hear about the problem. If you will contact me, I will assure you that I will resolve your problem if you purchased it from us. We do sell products made in the USA, and other countries and these products are clearly marked on each page of our web-site.
Again, I'm hoping you will contact me regarding this issue, and the other customer your referring to turned out to be a case of an up-set competitor using the alias of a customer. It's really too bad that a business owner would have to use Rippoff Report in this way.
Also I have not been in sales for M&M Distribution for several years and our Karl is spelled "Carl"
By any chance could your equipment have come from Pontiac IL?
