i purchased asphalt equipment off of this guy brad morris
he said it would be to me in a week,i got it a month later the equipment was cheap junk made in china.
he said it was made in the usa. what a crook buyer beware

We are proud of our "A" rating with the Better Business Bureau, and were also very proud that we have ALWAYS solved our complaints before the customer called the BBB.
This particular competitor seems to be up-set with the fact that we sell equipment made in China, but we also sell equipment made in the USA and other countries.
We work very hard at sourcing equipment that is affordable as well as durable. All or our products we sell have the American flag on the web page if the item is made in the USA.
And it's also very sad that a competitor has to resort to sites like RipOff Report to file false complaints.

Hello asphaltman, so far you have not answered my rebuttal against your claim on asphaltsealcoatingdirect. Did I mention that we are accredited members of the Wichita Ks BBB and have a perfect record of taking care of our customers (If they let us know their not satisfied) which you have not until I seen your post here. If you REALLY want to resolve this issue, then I ask that you call me personally and I will make sure you are taken care of, otherwise I'll assume your just a competitor looking for drama and attention which we do not have time for.

I was not aware of your situation, however if I could find out more details of the item you purchased, and date it was purchased as well as what name or company it was purchased under I would be happy to look into the matter.
