Complaint Review: Aspire Capital aka Fusion Capital

Aspire Capital, Fusion Capital and Lincoln Park Capital are a group of equty line financers who destroy shareholder value and company balance sheets in a coordinated effort. After examining deals where the principals are all part of the same cabal, it is clear how they conspire to defraud companies by saying they will purchase stock while instead just reselling it into the market and profiting in a riskless arbitrage. For this, they extract huge fees and warrants while compny share prices plummet precipitously. Having a funding by any of thes groups is tatamount to declaring banktruptcy, almost all of these stock crash in a death spiral.
