Contacted by Softweak Corp saying they had noticed hacking attempts to my computers, and it was a virus being sent by the Chinese. They took control of my computer and said they had identified the virus. The gal then said she would look through all my files, and when she was done she said she would have to reboot the computer. When the computer came back on, a password was required. She said the hackers had taken over my computer. In order to save my computer programs she said she would have to download software within fifteen minutes and it would cause me $399.99. I said no way. My computer worked fine before you took over. My only option was to pay or lose my computer.

It was like having a gun to my head. I had gotten an email from my credit card coming warning me of possible fraud. She did not know that I had seen that email. She signed a document with my name and she deleted that document, my credit card email and anything else from her to avoid being traced. I watched this as she did it, but could do nothing to stop her. I called Softweak and asked for the number to Aspire Marketing. Softweak used Aspire as the credit card authorization company. I got a number, but when I called, I was again talking to the same people. I told them I was insisting that the charges be dropped from my credit card, and all services cancelled. I called the credit card company and asked them not to pay. That is still pending.
