Kept getting frozen screen with warning of computer virus and access to anything would be denied.
First two times was able to shut down and use as usual
Third time when logged bac in got the warning immediately.
Called number on screen 1-877-552-9914 as couldn't do anything on computer.
Trusting as I am talked me into a 3 year renwal span @ 499.00 which of course has already cleared on my Visa acct.
