aspire adds new meaning to slow processing in regard to their total lack of response to my four inquiries. this stems from an automated yearly charge on my november statement which i called and promtly cancelled i was given a partial credit,

the problem came in when i assumed this would be considered a payment.upon calling to just confirm the credit the recording stated a payment still due i then tried to connect with customer service to explain what happened and ask what recource was available it was fruitless and i imediately mailed the balance owed it was recieved one day after the statement end date so I tried calling several more times before mailing letters to their corespondence department,Dispute resolution dept.

I also filled out the dispute portion on back of the payment form and wrote cancel my account across the front of the slip .To date all I've recieved is another bill with another late charge .this is very frustrating what can I do to get these late charges removed.
