I applied for Aspire Card. Received terms with first statement. Had $185.00 in fees and small credit limit. I did not activiate card account and never received a card. Got a late statement (adding $29.00) to balance on card I have never used or accepted terms of. I cannot get ahold of anyone at customer service and have held for three times for 30 minutes or more. This card is a Rip OFF.
