I ordered a set of the Hornet 12 grill lights, a double switch with momentary, and 2 swivel brackets for the lights on 10/29/15. Upon receiving the package on 10/31/15, the 2 swivel brackets were not in the box. I had attempted to reach this company by phone the day I placed my order, because I had not received a confirmation email or invoice. It simply places you on hold, and then will disconnect you after a message about how "all call takers are busy."

I did receive an email back when I inquired on the status of my order.

I still had no invoice, but at least I knew my order had been shipped. I made the appointment with the installation shop here in town once I tracked the package and saw it would arrive on Saturday. I made the appointment for the following Thursday. 

On Monday 11/2/15, I again tried to reach this company multiple times by phone. No such luck. I was able to reach a rep with their "live chat" feature. When I asked why the brackets were not in the box, I was told that they were "back ordered" and would ship in 1-2 weeks. I explained I had an appointment with a professional shop that I could not cancel without a fee. The rep stated "I would have waited until I received the box before making the appointment."

At this point I informed whoever this was, that I had not received an email confirmation or invoice for my order. When I did receive the reply above, it mentions NOTHING about part of the order not being in the shipment. Any reasonable person would assume without this information that the complete order had been shipped. I asked to speak to a manager, and to have them call me. I was told that "all the managers are busy". I have yet to receive a call from this company regarding this.

I have requested a refund for the products that did not ship out by email, since I had to order brackets from another company and overnight them to complete the installation as scheduled. No response. No one answers the phone. Ever. I now have to take this up with my bank and explain the situation. Save yourself the trouble and do not order any products from Extreme Tactical Dynamics, or their other DBA name 911 Signal USA. Any company that operates in this way does not deserve the business of consumers who make public service their personal responsibility.
