I have tried multiple times to get through to this company. I have tried sending emails, and writing letters as well. As many other people have already written about, I talk w/ one person, and then call back to talk with that same person, and they suddenly don't exist.

I was told point blank today, when stating that I was documenting my call that: "I do not give you my permission to record this call" That is what the rep told me! I have been repeatedly put on hold when I finally reach someone as well. I was given the name of two different supervisors (at two different times): Geneva, and Sharice. Both times, I was told by a rep that the supervisor was "reviewing my acct" and would call me back "in ten minutes". Several days later, I begin the same process over again.

If you do business with this company, try to get EVERYTHING in writing. I was told about a wonderful "re-open" program that would extend my limit (to just over what I owed) and re-open my acct. This was available only after paying my past due balance. Once my balance was paid down, I called back, and surprise! No such program exists! But guess what, this same program was offered to me today by a rep. I was told that I had been on this wonderful program, but since I defaulted on a payment, I was removed. When I asked to get that statement in writing, I was hung up on.

Upon calling back, that rep was unavailable (again) and both the supervisors were also "unavailable". I was told yet again that a supervisor "would be calling me back"...so far, it has been 10 hours, and still no call back. Whenever I have requested anything in writing, I have gotten the runaround, and told that "someone else would call me back".

Oh! Another thing, I was told that the # 1-913-451-3333 was the customer service line by one rep, another rep claimed that it was Collections, but when I confronted a rep re: which was true, the rep was unable to answer.

This company lies to you, they cheat you, and they just want to suck your money down the drain!

I am writing a letter to the attorney general's office in Washington State, and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Georgia (where they are based) If anybody else has any other suggestions I'll gladly take them. I have been dealing with Aspire for over two years now, and their customer service does not exist, and business practices are FRAUD!!!!!

Just wanted to give a further update: I finally talked w/ one of the supervisor's that was "supposed to call me back in ten minutes". Three days later, and I finally got her! Her name is: Geneva Williams @ 1-888-790-9926. Her supervisors name is: Mrs. Clarke @ 1-888-790-9926 xt7722. Also, a seperate contact in the Kansas City call center: Deborah Birch @ 1-888-675-5788.

When speaking w/ Geneva Williams, she specifically refused to be recorded, refused to give any kind of written confirmation re: the "wonderful re-open" program, and contradicted herself TWICE in our telephone call today.

When speaking w/ ANYONE in this company, try to get a recorded statement, or written confirmation, ESPECIALLY if you are offered the re-open program (or the re-age program).

When I was advised of this program AGAIN (I was previously told that no such program existed, after supposedly being on it for three months) I requested written confirmation of the program and details, which was refused. If you can believe it, Geneva Williams said, quote "You'll just have to trust me. I'm not lying, this is the truth..." HAH!!!

NEVER TRUST ANYTHING THIS COMPANY SAYS!

I am pursuing other means at this time to consolidate this debt, and make it go away. I will NEVER deal w/ this company ever again, and I suggest you do the same.
