Better business bureau complaints in last 12 months (aspire vias only) = 230

BBB complaints in last 36 months = 493

What you need to do is gather all you evidence against this fake phoney fraudulent company and sent it to them, the attorney general of the state you are in, the attorney general in their state (GA in this case), and the US attorney generals office.

Also, established by the Financial Crimes Section, Criminal Division at FBI Headquarters, the national Corporate Fraud Initiative will allow the FBI to maintain and report on all Corporate Fraud. They actually have a hotline in Washington DC: 888-622-####.

When I called them they gave me the number to my local FBI office and to tell them the story. I also told them about the BBB information above. I also told them about the info on this website.

I have been harrassed for three months straight now and everytime I think things are resolved they call back like nothing ever happened.

What happened was - I made an arrangement with them to pay $45 a month on 7/17/03. three months went by and all was fine until they called and said I owe them $172. It took me 4 weeks of talking to about a dozen Indian "supervisors" for them to finally admit that it was an internal error between the billings and collections department. Now I'm getting calls again like nothing ever happened.

IT'S TIME TO PUT AN END TO THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE BAD NEWS!!!
