I thought I was the only one who had trouble with this company until I came across this site. We recently bought our computer and I thought I would see if Aspire Visa had a website so that I could check on my account.

I have not been receiving statements at all and the number I call Does not give me anyone to talk with or even information on my account. I no longer have a card because we closed the account but still owe a balance. I have been paying and paying and paying.

When I get behind(because I do not get a statement) they call and harrass and make promises such as matching my payment and that it will show on my next STATEMENT. This was last year and I have yet to see this action!

When I tell them I have not been getting my statements they only verify my address and say that statements are being sent. I have had trouble with these people for 2 or 3 years now.

I was shocked to see these reports from other people about this company and to read that they have been having the exact same problems that I have had. I have absolutely no idea if my account is correct, up-to-date, etc..

I also have yet to see proof from them as they have indicated that if I keep my account up to date and pay on time that I will receive a 0% finance charge to get my balance paid off quicker.

They all sound so sincere when they offer these options. However, I have had real bad experiences with them using the scare tactics as well.
