This company owes me a "credit" refund balance of $4,797.02 because two banks had did a balance transfer to my account.

At the time Aspire Visa accepted the 2nd balance transfer to my account, my account was already at a -0- balance which created the credit balance. I have faxed a request to them for a check made out to me for my credit refund balance and also called them numerous times, first time being 9/1/04 at which time, they said I would get the check in 7 to 10 business days.

Today is 9/23/04 and I still haven't received the check and I plan to contact my lawyer concerning this issue.
