this company is the worst company i have ever had to deal with. i have not gotten an actual statement from them since june 2003, it is now feb. 2004. i spoke with someone in october and they blamed it on the post office, saying the the statement were being returned to them?
the above number should help anyone trying to reach a live person. (i obtained it from the BBB in GA after searching for 2 hours).

this is what i did: when you call it press 1 for english then, there wiil be a prompt to enter your last four digits of your acct., but dont do that.just press pound. then it will put you on hold and a live person should pick up. tell them you dont have your acct number, give your ss#, they will pull up your acct. you can make payments by phone, and if it before noon then it will post that day.

i had to call back and get another person because the first guy acted like he couldnt do anything for me. but when i called back the woman that answered helped without a problem and didnt charge me a fee. (i have also given them address changes here too.)
