I received the application for the Aspire credit Card in the mail. I called to get additional information but spoke to no one.

I filled out the application just to let them know I was interested, when they received it they sent correspondence saying I needed only to send the activating fee of $20. I never sent the activating fee and received a bill saying I owed them $80. I called to see why being that I never even activated the card and never spoke to anyone, just kept getting recording.

Now I've received another bill for $200 and after calling and being put on hold for 20 or 30 minutes spoke to someone who only kept asking for personal information and when I told her to let me speak to her manager, she kept ignoring my request but kept insisting she needed information concerning me and my mother.

Something definitely needs to be done; this situation needs to be troubleshooted immediately.
