Dumbest thing I've done! Aspire Visa sent info about my old Fingerhut account, they would do a balance transfer to this Visa card and make sure the credit bureas were marked as paid in full for the account. First, after the first $350.00 was paid I was supposed to recieve my card, when I called them, after a number of times of being put on hold for 10-15 minutes at a time, they told me it had been sent and returned to them becaus my adress hadn't been changed. All along they were sending bills to my P.O.Box but they wouldn't send my card until I faxed them an older bill with the adress on it.

Seven months into paying on this account it still has not been taken off my credit report and when I called them they tried to tell me that there was never supposed to be a balance transfer on the account. Now when I call the CS# to check on my account the autosystem tells me my account doesn't exist!!! Something needs to be done to these people.
