The company that I am reporting is Aspire Visa. This company is the worst company that I have ever dealt with in my life. I had a balance that was of a considerable amount and wanting to straighten out my credit I called Aspire.

I asked them what the settlement balance would be on my account, and the woman on the phone asked me what my telephone number was. I told her that I wasn't giving her a telephone number because they would never need to contact me again. I agreed to the amount that she told me to pay and was releaved that the matter would be closed.

It's been a few weeks since I paid the settlement amount (and also the first time that Me and my husband have received a break from all the harrassing phone calls) and I just received a statement from Aspire. The statement claims that I still owe a balance of $621.87 and it includes a finance charge of $33.70. I immediately was angered on reception of the bill. I tried to contact customer service to speak with them on the account and there isn't an option at any point to speak with a live person.

There is no way for me to talk to anyone about this account or about this $621.87 mistake that's made on my bill and I'm furious. I don't think that I should have to pay it. If anyone has a number where they can reach Aspire let me know because I am furious.
