To whom it may concern: My credit account was sold to Aspire Visa by Providian Bank which was something that I no control over. During my relationship with Providian I had and maintained an excellent payment history paying my bill online each month without a processing fee.

When I was notified that my account had been sold I thought nothing of it until I went to pay my bill and found that these crooks want to charge me to pay my bill.

As a protest I felt the only way to get attention was to make them chase me each month for payment. While this cost me in late charges it cost them more in manpower and labor but they are to stupid to realize that.

Each time I complained to the collector so that they maybe would get the message. I also emailed them numerous times complaining of this total and outrageous theft that they were exacting on their customers.

All of this has been with no response or change. I have finally filed a formal complaint with the Colorado Attorney General regarding this issue. There is a statute in Colorado about online billing charges and that they are not legal.

I have never received a response from Aspire regarding this and I really don't think they care. They are getting away with all types of fradulent practices that should be stopped.

If there are any class action complaints going on I would like to add my name to the list of participants. While I personally don't care if I receive anything I would hope to cost this company enough money that the Board of Directors and top management would be removed for their predatory practices.
