Complaint Review: Aspire Visa

We paid off and closed this account 1 year ago July 14th 2003. First of all, it took speaking to 3 different people to close the account. Now 1 year later, we have received a bill for an 85.00 a year annual fee. They never did close it. Now they are giving us a problem with closing it and saying we owe the 85.00. It looks like other people have gone through the same thing. We are reporting to the FL and GA state attorney and to the FBI Fraud division.
