When I first received my card. I was happy. When I tried to used my card it was rejected 5 times. The embarrasment that accompied the card was wrong. I call them for three days til finally I was able to talk with an agent and they said the company did not access it correctly. I went back to where I tried to use it and again if failed. I explained it to the manager where I was trying to use the card and he with my permission spoke with the agent and they were rude to the manager and told them they should retrain their staff in using credit cards.

I had another experience with aspire visa when I ordered over the internet a product that was instantly downloaded. The card worked. But then I noticed when checking my account that I had been charged three times for the same product. I call the company and told me that I needed to reach aspire visa and ask them to give me a copy of the error on my card so the company could give me my money back. Aspire refused to give me a print out and stated I had to wait for 21 days for my statement. I call back the company and had a three conference with aspire and they told the company that I would have to wait and they would not send me a copy of the error and that there policies forbid they to do so. The company that was helping me told me to pay them off and not do business with aspire any longer. They had never heard of such nonsense in their lives. The company gave me back my money and on good faith I sent them the statement once I received it for their records. I don't like aspire visa. I sent $20.00 and received $300.00 in credit. I use the card in emergencies. I am glad that i have found you guys
