Hey everyone! I read through these complaints and am scared to death to pay off my balance now! BUT I wanted to pass along the menu items and number I used to get a real person on the phone. Hopefully it will save you the frustration.

Listen for a slight second to the option and enter your SSN and #
Listen for a slight second and enter your Zip Code and # (pound)
Listen all the way through the long tedious account update
Choose Option 2 for cardholder services
Next Choose Option 2
Next Choose Option 9
