aspire visa ripoff transferred money without my consent from my Next Card account deceptive company victimized many consumers Atlanta Georgia
aspire transferred what I owed on Next Card to theirs and then called and asked me to activate their card. I had no intention of accepting their offer but the money was transferred without my approval. Just sending a notice saying they will transfer if I don't call is not right. I didn't ask for their help; I thought it was just another credit card offer.
Plus it takes forever to have payments credited. Your chances of having extra charges added and interest rates raised are better than average.

The law that regulates this situation is the Fair Credit Billing Act. f this situation has not been resolved you may want to look that up at www.ftc.gov. Write to the company (yes you will want to write to the company.
Anything stated over the phone isn't creditable you have to have documentation with these fraudulent companies) but write to the company stating everything that happened from the time that you were first contact by the company to the time that you write the letter of dispute to the company.
In the letter include a copy of the fair credit billing act with the parts of the law that the company is violating highlighted. See if that gets you somewhere with the company. Good luck.
