Assassin Naturals smokeassassin.com/ Scam will not let you cancel and keep charging your card Internet
I made the mistake of ordering the smoke assassin http://smokeassassin.com/ while driving. Upon returning home I googled them and found out it was a scam product with a terrible customer service. I called to cancel the same day, each time I said I wanted to cancel I was put on hold for 10-15 minutes and then hung up on. This happened 3 times. I returned the product unopened and when I still didn't get a credit I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I called again and this time was not hung up on, but they said they had no record of me in their system and would investigate and call back.
Btw the "customer service" guy was yelling at his kid or dog while on the phone.
Now 2 months later they charged the same amount a second time. And for a second time I've filed a dispute with my credit card and had them blocked from charging anything every again.
