Complaint Review: Asset Acceptance

Ok, I had a Ballys account 10 years ago...yea 10 years ago. So today I go to my bank account to pay a bill, I am locked out. I call my bank and them give a number said a judgment was filed and my accounts were seized.

Yes I had moved from Chicago to Washington State, I sent in the paper work that told them I no longer wanted my account and that I have moved to an area were I no longer had access to the club. I sent in a current bill to them and never herd from them till today. When I called they said that I had been severed a seopina and given a court date. The day the Asset Assistant said they severed me I was at work in Ohio were I live now. I called for court documents and they did not want to give them to me. So I called the Chicago State Attorneys Office and they said I could file a complaint but how does that give me assess to my bank account. So ten years go by and this scum of a company locks my accounts
