Asset Acceptance LLC debt collection for company that does not even have service in my state. Will not provide proof of debt Warren Michigan
Asset Acceptance keeps sending my 76 year old mother collection letters on an account she never had. She has corresponded with them and written letters for proof of the debt. All they will send is information they have in their files. They have not provided proof of the debt, which is impossible since she never had service with the company they are collecting for. All she wants is proof and if they cannot provide this they need to stop sending collection notices.
