Asset Acceptance is probably the largest consumer rip off happening right now.

If you do anything at all with Asset Acceptance do it by Certified Mail with Return Receipt so you have proof of the mailing.

Plain and simple, Asset Acceptance is a ripoff company and they train their employers to deceive customers and lie to try and get money from unknowing consumers out there.

Asset Acceptance will violate Federal Consumer Protection Laws and they know they do that, their employees are trained to do anything it takes to rip off consumers of their money.
