A man called my mom, claimed he was reviewing her home mortgage bill and had a copy of her mastercard in from of him from 2004. He told her that the mortgage company would put a lien on her house until she aid up the $6500 that was "owed" on the credit card. When she started crying- he said the fire alarm in his building was going off and he hung up on her.
