Asset CareASSETCARE,INC/ NCO Divisions/ NCOP Divisions/ Credittrust/ Inovisions/ Medcir They call several times a week and leave a recording that my son owes a co. and they have sent a letter that they will settle for 50% of 368.32. I called and they are hatefull and I paid one bill last year to this co. This is not on his credit report and assetcare said it was over 9 years old and still open. Their is no such bill. It is too long to still be open anyway! Why is the USA allowing Box 15379/Dept 17Box 15379/Dept 17 Wilmington Delaware

Assetcare and all its list of other names is a fraud. I paid one bill to them and they have gone wild calling for my son. This bill is supposed to be a 9 year old phone bill that is not on his credit report. One girl that answers is so rude and told me that I could not read. I have talked to 3 people and they all sound Black and rude. Why is our USA allowing them to keep this up? the letters come from Georgia and you are to send payment to Delaware?????

Assetcare is still calling and leaving messages of new and different bills that are not on any of the credit bureaus lists.

It is always to call Mr. Mead who never ever takes the call if you call back. They are the most rude bunch. How do we stop them?

You DO have rights under FEDERAL LAW!

You CAN demand that they stop calling under FEDERAL LAW!

You can GET PAID if/when they violate your LEGAL REQUEST!

AssetCare and MedClr are for medical bills as far as I know. What do they have to do with a phone bill?
