 I summited a claim to Assistant for my damaged phone. I paid through my checking account the deductible. When the phone arrived I didn't like it at all. It was a down grade from the phone I had. So I let them know the same day I received it that I wanted to return it. By the way it was a Samsung, 4.4 all white phone and the phone I had damaged was a HTC desire 5.0. I returned the phone and waited two months before I called to see what happened with my refund.bI was told that it wasn't checked into the warehouse but they have it, give them three business days. I call back and was told that they didn't have it. I spoke with a supervisor who told me they do have it and the warehouse stated that the serial number don't match. They couldn't return my money or the phone and they apologize. First off I was paying for insurance and they didn't help me. I purchased my own phone and now they take my money and keep the phone. Customer service just kept telling me they apologize but take it as a lost.

 There was an error in the company name. It's Assurant Solutions . They network through T-Mobile for cellphone insurance. They never give you the compatible phone.
