Associated Materials denied faulty door in waranty Cuyahoga Falls Ohio
I bought a house in Nov 17. The porch door is a french door sliding style. it has gaps of 1.5 in up and 0.5 in bottom; every time it rains , i need to get the water out of the house and not a bit , a lot, worms, flies, insects, ants come in the house. this is clearly defective from the start, as the size is too small. the door is in 10 year warranty for second owner. i submitted all docs, pics and videos, i had the contractors who installed them contacting them to tell them the issues..i was denied.. i m not giving up..i m off to small claims court next week, and if needed further..its beyond outrageous..i stay with paper towels at the door to block the insects! i was told that even if it is a manufacturing defect, they dont care and wont repair anything! bc they need more proof!!
