Complaint Review: ASSOCIATED SERVICES - CANCOST

I was ripped off for one Nintendo Wii that I paid for to Cancost.com. They have the money that I wired for payment and I have no product. Apparently this company has SPAMMED many parents for Christmas. You can not contact company by phone due to one line states: it is out of service and the other line is always busy (24 hours a day). I t would to know what I can do with media etc. to have my money refunded. I am also contacting the Bank of America and the Better Busiiness Bureau on this company.
