Association For Lifestyle Reform Not able to cancel the policy. No human to talk to. Ontario California
I have tried now for almost two months to cancel this policy. I have never recieved any correspondence nor have the debits to my account stopped. I've had two so far and still no luck in reaching a human. One guy that I talked to, his name is Paul and is at 800-917-7085 ext 417. He was less than helpful and did all he could to get me off the phone as soon as possible. He gave me a customer service number to call, 800-919-5514. Still no human voice. Getting tired of the run-around.
I have now tried to email for cancellation like it states. The email address that is given is cancel@cdmtta.com. Every email that I have sent has been returned undeliverable. I have tried variations and nothing works. The message on their answering service is still the same. Same cancellation email and fax number to fax a cancellation letter. Nothing has worked. I'm afraid I won't get my money back.
