After taking 'early retirement' I did some research to find a "home based" business that could provide some additional income. The above mentioned company made incredible promises about producing income through Internet advertising efforts. I was sold sites for EBAY, Amazon, and Windows Casino for $599. with an added feature of a guaranteed 12,000 visitors that would be guided to my sites at a cost of $3,315.00. To date not a penny has been made in any of these sites. When I attempt to get any results from the company all they offer are guides as to how I might go and place "free ads" at other sites on the Internet. The guaranteed visitors are clicking on the sites according to their records but without a single "click through" to shop at any of the sites.

The names of those I have dealt with are Matt Cowie (the original salesman and 'ad specialist' I was assigned and who is no longer with the company; Ryan Moore, Charmaine Forte, David Hershman, Takarra Hullaby, Justin Kennedy and Matt Lucero. I filed a complaint with the BBB of Phoenix and have now filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office in Phoenix. Even if I cannot collect any of the money I have given these scam artists, maybe they can be shut down so that no one else will suffer the financial loss and embarrassment of having to deal with them.

Their primary 'come on' is: "If you don't make money, we don't make money"...don't believe it. They have made almost four thousand dollars off me...

100$ satisfaction

My name is Sierra Rutland and I am the Quality Assurance Manager for Assurance Plus and Diverse Marketing Concepts. I had to take a minute to respond. There is no doubt that even the greatest program in the world will not work or satisfy everyone. This is just like any other business it takes effort and time to build the business. We take every measure possible to ensure that each client has incredible opportunity to succeed in this business.

Please take a minute to let me explain. If you set 100 people up in a franchise that has a track record for success, statistics prove that at least 10 (most likely many more) of them would unfortunately fail. At least 60% of all people who open a restaurant fail in the first year. It is no different with this business except we have over a 90% satisfaction rate and the start up costs are a fraction of the other options I have mentioned. I would be wrong to say that this business will work for everyone, but one thing to remember is that it is a business and some effort has to be put in by the owner. The unfortunate part is that negative feedback is mostly what people take the time to post. I feel bad for the small percentage of people that were not satisfied with our business.

The prime example of this is a client named Max that has posted on this very site.
Max has been instructing people to go straight to the BBB and the Attorney General. When indeed if he would have contacted us directly and let us know his dissatisfaction we may have had the chance to satisfy his needs or let him out of the program without all the energy he has had to put out.

If it is something we did to let Max fall through the cracks than I will accept that and I apologize for the company. My goal is for every client to be satisfied and I will do whatever it takes to reach that goal.

We do have people that purchase our program and do not put in the effort and time to give the business a chance for success. If you have given our business a try and it is not working as you hoped please call our customer satisfaction line and let's discuss options that could get the business working at an optimal level or anything else we can do to ensure 100% satisfaction.

Please feel free to call 1-888-600-8955 and we will be more than happy to assist you in any way.

My Thanks,

Sierra Rutland
