I have faxed my paperwork to this company 3 times with confirmation pages each time they have recieved it. I call every day to make sure they have recieved it, they say they havent. I called today only to find out this company is in south america and they say a 3rd party company does the approvals and they dont know that company name or number. and they cant give me an answer on where my paperwork is. STAY away from this comapny and if you goggle them they are not located in NJ like the paperwork says.
