Employee Tyler wrote down my new mobile phone number 650-533-**** and new account security PIN (((REDACTED))) or (((REDACTED))) immediately after qualifying for a new California Lifeline mobile phone. Shortly afterwards, the new account security PIN didn't work for signing into my new Assurance Wireless online account!

Customer service couldn't find my new account using neither security PINs written by employee Tyler! I was suspiciously texted a new account security PIN (((REDACTED))), which located my new Assurance Wireless database record account and successfully signed me into my new Assurance Wireless online account!

What happened to the first account security PIN written down by Assurance Wireless employee Tyler? I've signed into my online account today using (((REDACTED))), and was immediately met with a message saying I need to "renew my account!" This is a lie, identity theft and fraud, because I'm not a current California Lifeline customer!

I've not received the pink envelope nor The California Lifeline application number and PIN for this order!
