Mailed 1st application November 4, 2012.  Called Assurance November 19th to check status - told no application received as yet.  December 17, 2012, after several calls Assurance claimed no application received to that date and mailed another.  Received application and returned on December 19, 2012. January 3, 2013 contacted Assurance and was told second application received and approved on December 24, 2012.  To date, January 12, 2013, after calling Assurance six times prior to calls this morning, they failed to deliver a letter of approval or cell phone, despite their false claims on 2 occasions that the items mentioned had been mailed on January 8. Recorded calls, as well as their emails reveal Assurance representatives: a) intentionally gave false statements regarding the whereabouts of first application and documents with Social Security and bank account numbers; provided applicant invalid case numbers and false claims that the matter was under investigation; knowingly provided an invalid application ID number to cause further frustration on every attempt to check status.

At 8:42 AM EST this morning I began calling Assurance. After 5 calls I did get an answer. I was told that the letter of approval and cell phone were mailed on January 8, 2013, and "will arrive today."  Also, was told "Don't worry about the missing documents because this is a Federal Government Program." Today's Mail arrived with nothing from Assurance. The long list of false claims and intentionally misleading information from all of Assurance representatives is cause to worry folks - and I will be writing a scathing letter to the U.S. Attorney's office to find out why such an abuse of tax payer's money by American corporations is "still" so prevalent and permissive and tolerated by all our goverment officials.  Joe G
