Assurant insurance T-Mobile Denied a claim over wording Nationwide
My cell phone went missing from my car while I was getting gas but didn't realize it until I got to the end of my trip. At that time I reported it stolen. Well when I filled out the report 3 times and faxed it in I used the word missing in the report when I actually called it as stolen...so they denied the claim.
