Assurant, Inc Will not provide replacement phone in timely manner when insurance is paid monthly Miami

Monthly insurance coverage and company will not send a phone of equal or lesser value as they do not have it "in stock" to ship.

I dropped my phone on 11/08 and cracked my screen which made it in operable. I filed my claim on 11/09 via the Assurant website. I also called and they stated that once the claim was approved that a replacement phone would be shipped within 24 hours. I called on Tuesday 11/10 to inquire, and they said that they did not have my phone "in stock" to be able to ship and did not have an ETA. I have called every days since asking if they have my replacement phone in stock to ship and they say No. My ONLY options they keep giving me are 1) wait until who knows when to get my replacement phone once it is "in stock" or 2) BUY with cash, out of my OWN POCKET, a new phone.

I pay monthly for a service. For "insurance". But when i really needed the "insurance" to come through and provide a service that they are paid to perform, they are not doing it. I am a single mother, that works from my phone, communicates with my family and my child from my phone and to be without a phone for 5 days (and counting) due to their inefficiency of keeping replacement phones in stock, is so upsetting. My replacement phone that I am needing is a Samsung Note 10 Plus 5G 256 GB N976U TMO. Serial Number is 352147110884502. Claim Number is 49330554 and my mobile number is 6824144140. I have already escalated this up to a supervisor at Assurant and they are adamant that there is nothing they can do for me at this time and no ETA on when a replacement phone will be available. Once I get my phone and I have access to all of my social media accounts, I will be escalating on all possible outlets until this gets resolved.  I have already paid the $99 deductible, but cannot afford to go buy my own replacement phone. That is what insurance is supposed to be for.

 I want a replacement phone of equal value to mine, since I have paid the $99 deductible ASAP. I cannot afford to go pay cash for my own new phone, that is what insurance is supposed to be for. I have now gone 5 days with NO phone due to this and want a replacement phone to be shipped today.
