On August 12th,  2010,  my family became fire victim's and on March 1st,  2011 we became victims of the company Assured Relocation Inc.  They take no responsibility for anything and they are not accountable unless it comes to them being paid.  They want to be paid more than enough by Insurance Companies but when it comes down to paying for damages or fees incurred by the companies employees,  they then become un-accountable, look for things to hide behind and play the blame game by the supervisors.  On October 1st they had rented furniture delivered to us.  We weren't here for the delivery by furniture options, but we were here for the delivery of a refrigerator,

no dolly was used, it was difficult to fit and he forced it in, tearing up the counter.  It had wheels that rolled, but he got them going one direction, then forced it the other way, scratching the floor.  then came the washer repair, which lead to more scratches on the removal of the old washer.  Then came a dryer repair, where there was scratches on the bringing in of the new dryer.  No one in this has been accountable.  We used dollies for removal, and took an alternative way out that didn't involve the hardwood floor, upon moving out.  The insurance takes up for AR, who takes up for the rental companies.  We admitted to some scratches that were ours, and repaired them.

Maytubbie Relocation

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Mon, March 28, 2011

Unfortunately the issue here is not damage to the floor.  The Maytubbie's are withholding temporary furnishings that must be returned in the interim they owe rent on the temporary furnishings.  The Maytubbie's were provided temporary housing per
the terms of their insurance policy by their insurance company while damage to their home was completed.  The temporary home included furnishings.

They were provided this temporary furnishing through February 28, 2011. Assured Relocation set up appointments to pick up the temporary furnishings on  March 2, 2011, March 7, 2011 and March 8, 2011 each time the Maytubbie's were not
available.  The Maytubbie's have withheld the temporary furnishings and now owe for them.  As of March 22, 2011 they continue to withhold the temporary furnishings and owe for the overdue rental.
