On 9 October 2010, I was contacted byAll Seasons Travel to inform me i had won an all inclusive holiday to the Bahamas plus a seven day all expenses paid resort holiday in Florida, including a hire car, all meals provided. These guys knew my name, phone number, Address, that i had a particular brand of credit card.I only had to provide the credit card details to confirm my identity and pay for certain taxes. Between 9 October and 13 October, Geoff Morton and his cronies had deducted a total of cost $1,600 AUD from my card. I had already placed blocks on my credit card but they still managed to complete the transactions. After contacting ASTAR through their email and phone, i was assured by Geoff Morton the package had been cancelled and i would not be billed, and then, I had been refunded. How can you be refunded if you have not been billed. This is a giant rip-off. I am going all the way with this. ASTAR are guilty of fraud.
