We agree with the previous report filed for this company. We had the exact same thing happen to us. Squid built a website with numerous errors. Some of what they had in our website was false information and marketing for types of insurance coverage that we do not even offer. There was also website buttons that did not link correctly, etc.
We repeatedly requested that these errors be fixed. Some were but then other errors would appear. After 5 months we gave up and requested our contract be cancelled as Squid was not delivering on the website and marketing they promised. Squid is now coming back on us for the entire 3 years of service.
