astonished to know that i am another victom-cross country bank
i am totally astonished!all this time i really thought that i was crazy for being charge extremely high annual fees,late fees even when a statement had not been recieved,being charged 5.00$ for doing check by phone and the payment still wouldn't post right away,having to call long distance and not being serviced properly by a live talking reprsentative.i've been charged over the limit fees and i had not went over the limit but because of a charge they decided to add it made me go overthe limit.
they are a very dirty company i'm glad this website exist and i hope this site gets us help.i am a mother of two and one on the way and i don't own a home yet and i don't want this as a negative on my credit .
ive faithfully paid this each month anywhere fromm$100.00 to 300.00 even when they ask for a miminmum of 90.oodollars and it doesn't reduce what i owe at all.please someone help please!
