ASU Travel Guide (an airline employee travel company), sent me a card stating that I was eligible for travel discounts. I called and told them that I used to work for Eastern Airlines and obviously I am no longer employeed by them or any other airline. They assured me that I was still eligible for the discounts, and so I signed up for the membership because I had used them when I was an airline employee.

When I tried to use them now I was told that I was not able to because I had to be an airline employee. I called ASU and asked for my membership money back due to deception on their part, and they said that I should have called when I found out that I wasn't able to use it, now it was to late!

The customer service personel called himself "Richard", I asked to speak to the manager and he stated that he was the manager, I asked him for his last name and he said that he never gives it out, then he hung up on me.
