Asurion Verizon insurance Getting ripped off and lied to Internet

I got my phone at Verizon, I decided it would be smart to get the "Full coverage warranty" through Assurion. That was a huge mistake.

A few months later, my phone started having major defects, like turning off on its own, shutting me out of apps, the camera not working, my screen completely freaking out, and so much more.

I decided to ignore all that since it wasnt very often, but then my screen cracked bad, and in the warranty it said it covered all that.

So I filed my claim, after going through all of the claim which was LONG, I was finally told I would have to pay a deductible. First of all, I read all of the terms and conditions, all of the descriptions and even called a representative to get information about it. I was NEVER informed about a deductible.

You could imagine how upset I was to know I was paying so much for a warranty that covered nothing! Especially considering the deductible was $140 which is $60 less than a brand new phone without the warranty, how ridiculous.

No matter how many times I called the 800 number, NO ONE could help me and just kept saying there was a deductible.

Why was I never informeI until it was time to file a claim? That is beyond wrong! Such a horrible insurance company, DON'T CONSIDER THEM, they one not follow through on their word.
